Natural Breathing Session
look like?

The Natural Breathing 10-Session Series is excellent for those who are ready to change their lives and those who find themselves in the midst of change and want to embrace and enjoy it.

Sometimes it looks like you find some old issues or unproductive behavior that you recognize and let go of. Sometimes it looks like you find a great inspiration to follow through on. And sometimes it looks like celebrating successes. And sometimes it looks relaxing and trusting that life is here to support you.

Natural Breathing sessions accelerate your progress by providing focus, awareness and powerful breathing.

This is truly a chance to uproot old incomplete experiences, destructive and limiting mis-programming. And thus let go into change, improved life, awaken to more consciousness, while being nurtured in a safe, gentle and uplifting environment.

With the support and guidance of a Natural Breathing Coach you can address physical health issues, struggle with success and financial well-being, conflict and power-struggle relationships, and searching for a Meaningful Life.

Your Natural Breathing Coach will guide you to experience effective breathing sessions, listen intently, ask clarifying questions, challenge your assumptions, help you dream big and make sure you do the important things you say you will do in order to have the precious things you say you want.

Natural Breathing sessions begin with a consultation with your Natural Breathing Coach, where your Coach will explore with you what you want to accomplish and educate and support you in accomplishing your desired results and teach you how to do Natural Breathing.

Then you are ready for the breathing section of the session that lasts around an hour. During this time you will lay down fully clothed, except for your shoes, on a healing table or a comfortable pad to be coached through your Natural Breathing Cycle.

After completing your Breathing Cycle, you and your Coach will talk about your experiences and identify the insights you have achieved and what you take home from this session.

Before you go your Coach gives you supportive homework.
