This training is a participatory, experiential learning environment, designed to enhance your well-being and control of your destiny.

You will learn what the 6 Challenges to Change are and how to conquer them.

But the most powerful learning will come from your process of Self-discovery as you experience Natural Breathing sessions.

Your 6 Challenges to Own Your Self is a 100-Hour Training, taught Offline and Online, as a Six-Weekend Training Series, and a Ten-Day Intensive, in which the principles and techniques of Natural Breathing and Creative Questions are explored and realized.

This training is designed for you who want to achieve deep and lasting change and grow more in awareness. You’ll learn how to build new, supportive behaviors that replace old hurts and limitations. In each workshop you will participate in four complete Natural Breathing cycles.

Your 1st Challenge: Mastering Change
In the Mastering Change Training you will learn what the 5 Breathing Basics are and how to use them. You will complete 2 Natural Breathing cycles and personally experience the healing power of your Natural Breathing.

The Challenge to Change comes from our conscious and unconscious opposing and limiting mis-programming. We have encountered changes in our lives that were startling, leaving us with an unpleasant feeling and negative connotation to change and the habitual tendency to continue our familiar living.

Mastering Change inspires you to recover your playfulness and well-being that has been suppressed by your mis-programming.

To resist Change is to resist the flow of Life. Change is inevitable, and you can resist it or you can enjoy it. Mastering Change makes you aware of how you tend to avoid change and how to work with Change and to create what you do want.

Your 2nd Challenge: Deliberate Creation
To be a Deliberate Creator, you need to understand that Your World is a reflection of what You Think about and focus on.

The Challenge to create deliberately is that to be able to create deliberately you have to acknowledge that you are in possession of the ability to create, so there can be no more victim mentality, and you have to Own Your Self.

Once you have conquered the habit of destructive complaining thinking, you will recognize that you are either successful, or you are in the process of learning and tweaking your thinking.

In this training, you will learn how your reality is created and how you can Master Your Mind with the leading-edge Creative Questions Approach, to create the results that you really want in your life.

Finally, you will Live On Purpose, where your life is always exciting and meaningful.

Your 3rd Challenge: Natural Breathing
In the Natural Breathing Training, you will examine the characteristics of all the elements of the breathing system and how they are physically constructed and how they function naturally, in real life.

The Challenge to Natural Breathing is your Breathing Control System. This is the mechanism that makes you sometimes breathe more and sometimes less, sometimes into your chest and sometimes into your belly, and sometimes through your mouth and sometimes through your nose, making sure you don’t increase the amount of energy you retain, which keeps you trapped in your same old repetitive life.

The way you breathe is also reflected in the way you live. By changing how you breathe and reversing your sub-ventilating, your Natural Breathing returns, with more energy for an improved life-style.

When you conquer your mis-learned resistance to breathing, your Life-force will once again flow freely through you, and nurture your well-being.

Your 4th Challenge: Choosing Awareness
Being Aware of living is the foundation for you to be able to experience life and make sure it gives you what you want.

In the Choosing Awareness Training, you will learn how you lose yourself through the 5 States of Limiting Awareness, starting with getting lost in your thinking mind state, continuing to your emotional state of believing your thought so much that you become emotional about it, to your physical state of stone-walling the emotion, to an unconscious state of resisting experiencing yourself.

You will also learn how to recover more and more of your aliveness-awareness through the reverse step-by-step process of accepting your physical state, feeling your emotions, letting go of your limiting thinking stories to return back home to  the full awareness of being and living.

By identifying which state you spend the most time in you know which state you need to recover next to be able to re-connect with your well-being and successful life.

In this training, you will also do hot-water breathing. This allows you to surrender to a deeper level of Awareness of relaxation and trust, opening up your connection with effortless living.

Your 5th Challenge: Changing Habits
To be able to create something new, you will need to Change your habits that keeps you from what you want, to the new habits that are a part of your new life.

In the Changing Habits Training, you will learn how the most common Destructive Habits and Supportive Habits affect you and how to transform your Destructive Habits to be Supportive Habits.

In this training you will also learn to guide yourself through a complete Natural Breathing Cycle on your own.

The Challenge is to realize that the way you live is not set in stone, but only something you have learned from the people you are with and the society you live in.

When you learn why you have your particular Habits, you can detach from your seemingly unchangeable connection with them. You will be able to let go of the Habits that doesn’t serve you and adopt the habits that you like and so, you can deliberately choose the life that you want.

Once you have conquered the 5 Challenges, your 6th Challenge is to know and accept Optimum Living, where your happiness and well-being is independent of external circumstances.

In the Optimum Living Training, you will Challenge the final resistance to surrender to life, which is that idea that death is inevitable and realize the implications of such limiting thinking, whether it is true or not. You will learn to exchange your fear of an ending, to increase your Life-urge and excitement for being alive.

In this training you will do cold-water breathing and learn first-hand what makes you experience water as cold or not.

The Challenge is to adopt the evolutionary stage of innocence and playfulness of a child and let go of helplessness, to the stage of independent pioneering of an adolescent, without needing to be in opposition, to the stage of satisfied inter-dependence and self-sufficiency of an adult.
